On its third tour of Europe since it is directed by Gerardo
Martino, the Mexican National Team
will visit Gareth Bale's Wales this Saturday in Cardiff, who will take the game
as a rehearsal for the Qatar 2022 Qualifiers.
At the command of 'Tata', the Tricolor traveled to Europe
last October to beat the Netherlands and draw with Algeria, and repeated in
November to achieve victories over South Korea and Japan.
This will be the first game in 2021 for the Mexican team that
will defend the Gold Cup in July and
will begin its passage through the Concacaf
Qualifiers in September.
Raul Jimenez was part of the group, but he will
not play because he is still recovering from a skull fracture he suffered in
the Premier League with his club, Wolverhampton, while Alvarez, 18, could make
his debut on this tour with the Mexican
team which he chose over the United States, the country where he was born
and where he plays for the Los Angeles Galaxy.
