Inter will play his last summer friendly tonight against Betis Sevilla at the Via del Mare in
Lecce, starting at 20.30. Inter comes from four consecutive victories in the
pre-championship friendly against Villareal, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Lyon.
Next Sunday Inter will
play their first Serie A match
2017/2018 against Fiorentina. The last Spanish league Betis ranked 15th.
In the game, Inter did not seem very active and for a while there have been
some complaints from the new coach Luciano Spalletti: among the new arrivals
were defender Milan Škriniar, third player Dalbert Henrique, midfielders Borja
Valero and Matias Vecino.
For now the "big name" that many people expected
were missing. Among those who left or are leaving the team are midfielders Ever
Banega and Gary Medel, and defender Jeison Murillo. Compared to the last match
against Villarreal, Spalletti could launch Icardi from the 1st, while the newly
arrived Dalbert will find room for the game in progress.
Inter faces Betis in the last friendly
summer before the debut in the championship against Fiorentina. The Nerazzurri
are eliminated by four consecutive wins in their last friendly pre-season.
